Terms & Conditions

Reservations require a 50% deposit paid 30 days prior to arrival in order to secure your booking.
Group bookings will be accommodated at all our lodges.
Accommodation and services in this hotel is provided on a cash, debit card, credit card basis only and that guests must pay their account upon arrival.

In the event of prior notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:
- More than 30 days prior to arrival: 10% cancellation fee
- More than 7 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
- On day of arrival, receipt of cancellation notification, all monies paid are not refunded but kept as a credit for a period of three months.
